Broken Nut/U-Bolt
Used several times, evenly tighten down both sides about 1/2 inch. . I was able to unclip the other side and remove the device. I had to place the u-bolt in a vise and in removing the stuck nut I ended up removing the u-bolt. Now the device is unusable for me. Only a short open-end wrench was used for assembly.
