This is a must have if you hate having lots of remotes or even a universal remote. It turns literally any smartphone into a universal remote control. It has a large database of remote control codes and can be easily learned even by the remote control you have at home. The range is great, the cable is pretty short (but microUSB, which is fine because I'll never disconnect it), but even with the blaster's non-standard position, it still executes all commands on my devices. The problem I'm having is that it fails when I try to adjust the surround sound volume with my Google Home, but I think it's a Google bug. Great device and price.
