Steps to grind the coconut.1. split the coconut 2. separate the flesh from the shell 3. grind the coconut with a blender (not very fine) or with a grater (danger of chafing your fingers). Chop Coconut 2. Chop the coconut very finely without removing the flesh from the shell. Works great. I like it.
