I really liked the product for my purposes. my problem is that the device doesn't sit properly when plugged into the socket, it always looks like it's about to fall out of the socket, i have to keep plugging it back in. My main issue is that I bought this device based on my long term trust in the brand. I usually buy regular power strips but my daughter advised me to invest in surge protectors, this was my first. I bought it in April 2021, last time I decided to plug the wall unit back into a different outlet and when I unplugged the chargers I accidentally saw those four little clocks on the back each showing the day of the month that Show year and expiry date of unit. which turned out to be March 2020! What to Expect it had expired for over a year before I bought it. I figured since it was new when I got it maybe time would start from first use but that's not the case. After careful study, I found that it was already ineffective when I bought and received it. So now I know that if I need a surge protector, I need to physically go to the dealer and make sure I'm buying a unit that's up to date. or if I continue to shop as I have for the past almost two years before using, make sure it is up to date for use.
