Ridiculous disposable item. This thing doesn't have a reset button like most surge protectors do. It protects from ONE overload and then it's dead. There's a sticker on the back to indicate replacement for a new one if it works at least once.

This is my second purchase after two years of using a device with two USB ports on the side because I needed it for another outlet, especially when all the electronics are used for work and study at home. I'm always hesitant to buy power strips and surge protectors. That's why I like to stick with the brands I know. Side outlets are ideal for tight spaces, while pivoting outlets provide easy access in those tight spaces. No more protruding cables wasting 4-5 inches of space behind powered devices.
