At first I thought I liked it. However, there were no instructions (it was a gift but it shouldn't have mattered). Having no instructions, I assumed I had to hold down the blue button to start the arc. I realized this was wrong, so I fully charged it again and found I only had to touch the blue button once. So yes, the arc burned long enough for me to smoke. But instead of running 60-80 times before charging, I found I had to charge it again after about 15 times.
