The service was great! They were extremely responsive to any questions or concerns I had during my visit at their restaurant in Chicago (and even after). We visited for brunch/lunch one day but they said that it would be possible to come back another time when we're staying downtown so i'm hoping there's room available then too!! It doesn't seem like you can book online yet which makes scheduling difficult if your plans change later than expected. Our group wanted something more substantial than just coffee since our hotel didn't have an amazing breakfast buffet - luckily this place fit perfectly into what we needed. Also, everyone loved how delicious everything tasted! Definitely check them out as soon as you arrive because once again, reservations are hard to get unless someone knows ahead of time exactly where things will take place. Looking forward to returning next summer. Breakfast options while traveling- not always easy without access to good restaurants nearby.
