Satisfied with the performance of this vacuum cleaner, anyone reporting no suction power must have a defective product or unrealistic expectations. The batteries are very good, unlike the cheap junk of some cordless models, and have enough power to offer powerful motorized suction in this relatively small body. It's larger than a typical cordless vacuum but works well with standard 1.25" nozzles, making it more versatile and good for cleaning stairs and hard-to-reach spots in vehicles.
