Used one or both of these daily for about 2 weeks. Holds the heat well on my gas range. We wash them by hand with silicone or wooden utensils. So far, so good. We cook a lot of 1-pan meals like chicken with rice and veggies or homemade hamburger helpers etc. The 12" pan is great for this and the 10" pan is our favorite morning egg pan. Keep in mind that while most non-stick coatings can be washed in the dishwasher, doing so will greatly reduce their lifespan. I'm primarily a cast iron person, so hand washing them isn't a big deal.
