🍳 Review: MSMK Stainless Steel Induction Nonstick Frying Pan Cookware Set - 10 Inch and 12 Inch Fry Pan, 2 Piece Review

Both frying pans have a convex bottom, which causes the eggs to move to the outer edges of the pans under the action of gravity, making it difficult to turn the eggs without breaking the yolk . First of all, the goal of buying a pan with a non-stick coating wins.

We use it on the induction cooker in our Airbnb. Apparently a guest left it aloft for too long, but none of our other pans have ever warped like this one. It's so bad it stopped working on our induction cooker. Maybe you could still use it for gas, but it's useless for us right now.

Used one or both of these daily for about 2 weeks. Holds the heat well on my gas range. We wash them by hand with silicone or wooden utensils. So far, so good. We cook a lot of 1-pan meals like chicken with rice and veggies or homemade hamburger helpers etc. The 12" pan is great for this and the 10" pan is our favorite morning egg pan. Like a frying pan, but not flat. descends to the perimeter (edge). Things can be cooked on the edge so it's not too bad for me but worth mentioning. Nice finish, handle, lid (but I use my own lids). The bottom of this pot is too thin so on the first heat (medium or low on a 1500w induction hob) the bottom sags in the middle and stays put so. Otherwise, this would be a fantastic frying pan. No matter how much I cooked in this pan, the handle never got hot, not even the part covered by the pan. It only gets hot when I put the pan in the oven. The variety of dishes I've cooked in this pan have always been delicious and never stuck to this pan. Even when cooking fish, shrimp or scallops, nothing sticks. These MSMK pans are probably the best nonstick cookware I've ever bought, especially at this price point. I initially settled on a similar fully clad set but found it was about $30 less and thought I'd give it a try as I liked the shape, stainless steel handles and stainless steel base much better. This is an addendum to my original review. After receiving the replacement frying pan, I examined it very carefully for any damage or defects and did not notice any at first. However, I can find flaws in anything I look at closely. Eventually I found one, but this small defect didn't bother me like the pothole on the first one I got.
