Like a frying pan, but not flat. descends to the perimeter (edge). Things can be cooked on the edge so it's not too bad for me but worth mentioning. Nice finish, handle, lid (but I use my own lids). Recognized by the induction block I just bought here. Very fast heating. Wow! After 6 days I see an off-center dullness on the nonstick cook side. Doesn't stick yet. But surprised. I've seen other nonstick pans too. I cook garlic, jalapeno and onion together. Now on June 4th, use 2-3 times a day and very impressed. Polished inside, looks like new. The exterior is also very good, which has a perfectly clean gray finish. easy to clean. looks great. will be moving it 5 stars over many nonstick pans i have bought. Hope this lasts long.
