The bottom of this pot is too thin so on the first heat (medium or low on a 1500w induction hob) the bottom sags in the middle and stays put so. Otherwise, this would be a fantastic frying pan. The 10" size is perfect (12" pans, which are much easier to find, are too big), the non-stick coating works great, the pan is actually dishwasher safe, and the lid makes it easy to make omelets and frittatas. Enough other reviewers have complained about the warped bottom that I decided to return it and get a refund rather than try to replace it. Too bad they got so much right but didn't make the bottom thick enough to stay flat. It also negatively affects heat distribution (heat is concentrated closer to the center) and balance - the handle seems heavier than the pan.
