For those of you using El Capitan (OS X 10.11.x), there is a driver available on their website (thanks Andrew N. for the tip!): [ . ] Once you have downloaded the correct driver, download the PDF manual as well! This indicates that your wireless router must have a specific channel and auto-connect via DFS is not supported. To change the channel in Airport Express, connect via Ethernet and go to the Airport Utility (Wireless tab, then Wireless Options button) to change the 5 GHz channel to 36, 40, 44, 48, 149, 153 , 157, 161 or 165 to change. Once I made these changes, my network appeared. Once connected, I got 30/5Mbps, which is about the same as what I got over Ethernet. A bit fiddly to set up and the blue light is awkward, but it works. Will be updated up or down after reliability check.
