Review on ATP TF 175 Automatic Transmission Filter by Frank Rivera

I ordered this kit to replace both the filter and the gaskets for the gearbox. When the product arrived, the two pads provided were stacked, rolled up, and tossed into the shipping carton. The filter was just right and easy to change. I tried to salvage the gasket by laying it horizontally and loosening it before installing. Careful use of RBT, but after a week and a half it's leaking in two places right where the gasket originally bent. The price of the filter was better than I could get locally, so I might have ordered again for that alone if I had the need. However, the folded seal and retrofit installation takes an additional two weeks after the original installation. I will categorically distrust the included pads and buy clean processed pads separately.
