Absolute Godsend! in my review

I'm in a refurbished older home and the updated wooden flooring rests on an uneven, settled-with-time foundation. So, the the bottom of the baseboards leak drafts when lining up on the perimeter walls. Last winter, with little attention given to the draft situation, the furnace needed a very expensive part replacement with an expert installation (though I can't conclusively know it came down exclusively to the draft). This cheap DIY, quick fix blends into the baseboards and is working as a great solution. Move aside duct tape, this is the new magic cure all for the home.

Pros
  • Building Supplies
Cons
  • Foam insulation tape may not be an effective sound barrier, allowing noise to still be heard from outside or other rooms in the house
