Plain and simple, won't work
Get creative and make your own, because it won't work. The adapter pops out after minimal pressure on the cartridge gun. No wonder, since the adapter is loosely connected to the sealant hose. The result is a giant gooey mush. One of the adapters is actually split down the middle, which has created another mess. save your money; Sadly, it's not possible.
