These pliers work reasonably well for the price. They pack food tightly and I don't have to worry about dropping anything. So far they seem to be coping well with the heat. I only have 2 minor complaints. The first is the locking mechanism, which is a little loose so the lock often slips off during use. Another complaint is that the metal on the inside of the silicone tips started to rust after the first wash, so be sure to dry them after washing. Overall it's worth the price, with a few minor annoyances.
