So I saw that most people like these pans. So I bought a set and another. For the first 2 days EVERYTHING stuck worse than any other pan I've ever used. So I contacted the store as there are no questions asked, a one year warranty from the date of sale. I am good at it. After many questions and I sent some pictures, they said they would not refund my money but would send me a replacement. Well today I opened a VERY bright box, they sent ONE not all and it was a cheaper version and not the one I spent my money on. I do NOT recommend these pans. All I wanted was to ship the faulty pots to them and get my money back. Pooh! A picture of one of the pans we tried all the tips given by the company, with some oil on top. It was a pancake.
