I work in a delivery service and needed a DVR during delivery. I was excited about this camera after reading other reviews and all the features it offered. My car was hit while it was parked and nobody was in it and this camera has a feature that you can use to fix the culprit. But after a week of use upon delivery, the screen stopped working normally. I can't get past the menu screen with the camera. It keeps scrolling on this screen and doesn't move past it. I can no longer use it which is very disappointing.
