These lights are quick to install, versatile as they can be mounted in different places on the bike (or trailer or helmet) and work well. I consider them "marker lights" because others will see you better if you use these lights. The front (white) light is NOT enough to light your way in pitch black darkness, but it does help make you more visible to others. If you're looking for a night running light that illuminates the path ahead, then this isn't the light for you. But if you want red (rear) and white (front) lights to be more visible to others, you can't beat them for the price!
