This is a big disappointment. I just received them and sent them back because the ends are all bent and twisted and twisted in opposite directions. The white rind appears to be filled with a chalky substance that lingers on fingers when touched and is difficult to wash off. The white part of the birch also flakes and peels off. They also look like some kind of black mold. All of that dried up, cracked and became unusable. I bought them from this company and they are the most expensive in this size because I wanted to ensure good quality. Shame on the seller
