Purchased solely for making keto coffee. It is excellent for frothing and mixing ghee and MCT butter with coffee. It's even powerful enough to add a scoop of protein powder to hot coffee! In most cases, protein powder will clump together when added to hot liquids no matter how you shake it. I get perfectly smooth and VERY frothy protein coffee with this blender, and I often drink protein coffee instead of another creamer. However, it's not strong enough for two scoops as it's too thick at that point, but it does a great job with one scoop.
