Started a new regimen > taking this MBP bone resurfacing along with a calcium pill containing more than just the calcium and vitamin D from New Chapter.3. Added additional yoga and weight exercises to my daily workouts. My latest bone scan showed that my bones have recovered and I'm very happy about that. Seems to be working for me along with a few tweaks.
