ADDITIONAL INFORMATION on protein

CAPSULES ARE SMALL AND EASY TO CONTAIN. I WILL NOT HAVE A BONE DESITY TEST FOR ANOTHER YEAR SO I AM NOT SURE HOW WELL IT WORKS. I WILL UPDATE IF I GET SPECIFIC RESULTS AND I WILL CONTINUE TAKING THE SUPPLEMENT DAILY.

Did not help with bone loss

I had osteopenia and decided to try this dietary supplement. I've used this, plus calcium, D and lots of strength training. Two years of this regime plus this product. I had another scan two years later and had significant bone loss. So I see no benefit from this supplement.

Works for me so glad it works

When I was scared of osteopenia a few years ago, I did three things.1. I stopped taking proton pump inhibitors, which leech out calcium and destroy bone, and switched to Pepcid Extra Strength plus Tums with Calcium when needed. I also reduced sugar because it made acid reflux problems worse and started eating more vegetables and fruits. from paleo. nutrition.2. Started a new regimen > taking this MBP bone resurfacing along with a calcium pill containing more than just the calcium and vitamin
