Review on 🥩 NESCO FD-1018A Gardenmaster Pro Food Dehydrator with 8 Trays for Perfect Jerky and Snack Preparation by Dawn Campos

This is my second Gardenmaster dehydrator. I exhausted my other in 4 years from overdoing venison. Is there such a thing, for a dehydrator the answer is yes. This new one works great and can handle a 10 lb (wet weight) batch of 16 fully loaded trays of venison (ground beef shaped with a beef jerky gun). The only weakness I found about them is that this US made dehydrator has a Chinese made thermal fuse inserted in it so it has Achilles healing if you will. I tried 5 times to replace this thermal fuse in my old one but it blew every time. Few people use a dehydrator as much as I do, so don't let that put you off. This is a very honest and straight forward review and aside from the fuse issue this is a very nice machine made in the USA. This is the only dehydrator that can withstand the abuse I give these machines and I have had many Nescos and other brands. I'll give it an A, or about 97%/100%.
