I was so happy to be able to get this part from Revain quickly because no one else could get it. The part worked great but I called the installer because the dishwasher has to come out of the cabinet. Kitchen Aid made this top shelf out of cheap parts that fail in less than 2 or 3 years, then sold plastic replacement parts at exorbitant prices, and engineered the top shelf in such a way that it could only be repaired by unplugging and removing the entire washing machine. I will also say that it was the most expensive top model in the lineup.
