I like how easy it was set up by our account manager at panorama media who also helped me understand what we needed from their service as well! Their customer success representative really made sure my questions were answered before setting myself out looking elsewhere too early so this saved us time & money down stream!! They are working hard towards making all things online very accessible but there's definitely room yet - if you're willing look around other options first because sometimes when new products get big fast companies tend not give proper attention or training which can be frustrating even though its understandable considering scale etc.. I like how easy it was setup - just login through our existing account manager (Panorama) which we had already set up elsewhere at another vendor. It's very intuitive as well! The dashboard could be better organized so you can see what exactly has been captured by each camera vs all cameras combined. We're able solve problems related to mapping/guiding people within buildings or other areas where multiple points-of view are needed but not possible due to space constraints.
