I like how you can connect with other doctors in your office, also it has an amazing calendar feature where we are able to schedule appointments for our patients online without having them come into us physically! It's so easy to have all my scheduling done within one website instead of 2 different ones (HIMSS & EHR). There isn't much i dislike about this program but sometimes when someone tries to open their chart by clicking on their ID number they get taken off course from what was wanted/needed. Having everything centralized makes life easier as well as being more efficient since there aren't multiple systems involved anymore! We used to use two programs before to do patient schedulings & billing which made things confusing for both me personally AND staff members who were not familiarized with each system prior to getting started. Now using just ONE software helps everyone out tremendously along w/ making sure everything gets updated timely!!
