The product looks good and the waist fits well (elastic + drawstring is what you need). The belt sits right at my natural waist and is comfortable. The lining supports everything in the front without pinching or chafing. The back is a different story. There's just no room for buttocks. The edge of the balaclava cuts the cheeks like a wire cheese knife. If I pull the pad down far enough to relieve this condition, the top half of my butt hangs over my belt like an overflowing ice cream cone. Luckily my running shirt is long. I will use them when my 5 inch shorts are in the wash (and I will wash beforehand).
