I leave the suction cup in place and remove the camera and the camera can be easily removed
Holds tight and stays in place. I have a Garmin dash cam 35. I leave the suction cup in place, remove the camera and the camera comes off easily. The swivel arm moves so the device stays out of sight until needed.
