Holds tight and stays in place. I have a Garmin dash cam 35. I leave the suction cup in place, remove the camera and the camera comes off easily. The swivel arm moves so the device stays out of sight until needed.

When I first got this device I thought it was great, but recently I went to my car and found the GPS was hanging from a cable. The end of the nozzle turned into a honey GOOP. It will not stick. To make matters worse, GOOP backs away from everything it touches, as has been the case with all of my snaps.

The suction cup on this mount is covered in adhesive, defeating the purpose of using the suction cup to move the device. I assumed the use of the words "glue" and "tacky" in the product description was just poor English, but that's what I get for the guess.

The windshield mount that came with the Garmin 35 dash cam is durable which would be nice if I don't want to use it in multiple vehicles. The permanent one is built into the camper and this one is used when I drive other cars. It is very safe and easy to switch to other vehicles. This is a quality product.

As expected. The UBER suction cup is sticky. I taped it to the windshield and went to move it to another location and had a hard time getting it off the window. I've had sticky suction cups before and this is by far the best I've ever had. This was bought for a dash cam. I would like the stem to be about half the length, but even with a stem it doesn't wobble when moving.

I was skeptical about this mount when I bought it. I was expecting the ball mount to not be as tight as the Garmin mounts. I'm happy to say I'm very happy with this for my Garmin 35 DVR. I wish the arm was shorter but it is very stable. There is no vibration as I expected. I wouldn't use this for a 7 inch GPS but it's perfect for something smaller.

This is a secure mount for the Garmin DashCam 35 that does not come with a suction cup. The sleeve is long enough to position it fairly well, but if you pull it all the way down it will obstruct the DashCam 35's lens and block your view a bit. However, it is better than any other DashCam 35 mount I could find. I used it on a 400 mile trip and it worked great in my RV. A great choice for the Garmin DashCam 35 that was originally intended to come with this mount!

ChargerCity got this item for me quickly and it was packaged well for shipping. Like any suction cup mount, it can come loose, which happened on my trip, but only once. It should be noted that I installed it at 700 feet and that was in the 80's. Two days later I was at 11,000 feet and 30 feet, so the climate changed dramatically. Bought for use with a Garmin 30 dash cam. The mount works quite well. There is a sticky substance on the suction cup that will likely help attach it to a window or dashboard. However, it also has a clear plastic sheet that can be used to cover sticky things and I have found that using a windshield suction cup works well with this plastic sheet and allows me to easily remove the mount.
