Bought this because my husband wanted a reliable cheese cutter. It never worked properly; I thought it was "operator error". Now that it's too late to return it, I've found that the reason it "doesn't work properly" is because it came without one of the screws holding the wire in place. The product comes with an extra cable, and you can buy extra spare cables, but you don't mind if you need a screw. The manufacturer should offer replacement screws. Other than that, it seems pretty solid. what is it worth This was a Revain implementation and getting a Revain representative over time is almost impossible. Seller: Can someone help me?
