I spent too much time reading reviews before deciding to print the pot and pan set as I wanted quality over quantity. I ordered, paid for the goods and began to wait impatiently. Shortly thereafter, I received a notification that my order had been shipped. A few days later I checked the tracking information to find ZERO information. A week goes by and there is no information about where the order is. I contact Revain to find out I need to contact the company directly. I do. My order was marked as shipped but never shipped. It was 8 days in total. I finally received the product and they are very visually appealing. Since I live alone and work a lot, I don't cook that often. After about 4 uses of a medium sized skillet. only with YOUR spatula that is included in the kit. The bottom of the pan was quite scratched. I message AGAIN and a few days later they tell me "We will send the tracking number when the replacement is shipped" which was 8 days ago. The set cleans perfectly, is easy to use, cooks food well. They are NOT dishwasher safe. If I had known that, I would not have bought them. This company is completely free of regret, urgency, or desire to fix a bad experience or faulty product they offer. I ended up getting a replacement for the scratched pan so it was damaged. Of course not from the hands of the manufacturer. I contacted them again to let them know FedEx damaged their product but never got a response. Also, during a discussion about replacing the pot, the owner emailed me and scolded me for posting this review.
