Review on Blue Demon General Purpose Aluminum by Nathan Vaughn

I've used many different fill sticks like most 4043 consumables it's great but this fill stick is useless due to the alarming level of contamination! I've used everything in the book to erase it and even tried topping it up with Brillo and then erasing it and nothing I do solves the problem. Switch to an old rod I've had for a while and bam it's like new. I made many attempts to get the same result in both sizes, 1/16 and 3/32! I've used it with several grades of aluminum and they all produced the same very messy weld! In the photo, the blue demon is on the left and the hot Max filler is on the right. You can see for yourself that something is happening. The same metal is cleaned the same way, just in two different places! MY ADVICE DO NOT BUY! VERY DISAPPOINTED!
