The customer support team at Peak are brilliant with answering any question I have about using this software! They also always respond very quickly when there's something wrong in our account but they never overcharge me no matter how many times we've had issues or questions together (which isn't often).

We use it as part of booking sites like Booking Buddy which has made managing all aspects much easier than having them manually inputting every single detail into Excel spreadsheets etc ourselves - just enter your information once then you can access from anywhere via mobile/tablet if needed too so its great! It does take some getting used to though because not everyone knows what buttons do certain things yet but after trying out different features everything starts coming naturally eventually :) Definitely worth investing money now especially considering price drops due to Covid-19 pandemic happening right around us here in.
