Peek PRO Tour Operator Software Review

When you have multiple properties under one roof its really difficult managing them all manually especially in busy seasons or when your not there yourself! This software helps me manage everything from reservations through payments so I can concentrate more on my guests needs rather than having to keep track myself which saves alot of work! It does take some getting used too but once it's set up properly nothing much else to say other then maybe try another product before making this decision…

The customer support team at Peak are brilliant with answering any question I have about using this software! They also always respond very quickly when there's something wrong in our account but they never overcharge me no matter how many times we've had issues or questions together (which isn't often). We use it as part of booking sites like Booking Buddy which has made managing all aspects much easier than having them manually inputting every single detail into Excel spreadsheets etc…
