When you have multiple properties under one roof its really difficult managing them all manually especially in busy seasons or when your not there yourself! This software helps me manage everything from reservations through payments so I can concentrate more on my guests needs rather than having to keep track myself which saves alot of work! It does take some getting used too but once it's set up properly nothing much else to say other then maybe try another product before making this decision as they do change quite often with new updates being added each year!! We were looking to help run our business better by reducing workloads at times when we are away working elsewhere to give us more free time during peak periods to focus on guest experience.
