Yay! These are exactly what I wanted. Was finding my 10 oz ramekins were a bit too small for my generous dessert soufflés (they were overflowing while baking as I don’t use collars). I wanted 12 oz ones but, I’m very particular about my ramekins. I don’t like when they have an inner step/ridge at the lip. Just my strange bias but, these have smooth/flat interior sides! It’s very uncommon in smaller ramekins (90% have the inner ridge!). So, I’m thrilled! Can’t speak to how they hold up to the dishwasher or stains, etc. Hope for the best.
