The switch looks good, the wiring is simple. The manufacturer even includes cables with cable lugs for soldering or crimping. However, note that they supply locking terminals. Once you put them on, they won't go off. To unlock the lock (which I didn't see in any product documentation) you have to take a small screwdriver and press the tab that's at the very end of the wire (on the terminal, of course). The mounting ring sits securely on the bezel and the switch simply snaps into place. The ring has alignment guides to ensure proper switch alignment.
