I ordered 4 pieces and received 12 pieces in 2 years

Today my baby cried because of a misunderstanding between him and his friend. I told him that communication is very important. Sometimes you can make bad decisions just because you thought you knew everything. Then I saw a car phone mount in the corner, it reminded me of how I had 12 car phone mounts in my house. This is also a story about misunderstandings. But the experience has taught me something. At the end of 2018 I bought this magnetic car mount. The packaging is decent, delivery is fast so I bought 3 more for work, kitchen and gift. I LOVE this magnetic car phone holder: 1) It's very easy for me to take it off and put it back on 2) No clip, no button, no block 3๏ผ‰The long arm makes it very easy to reach the phone 4๏ผ‰The magnet is very strong to hold my heavy Samsung phone. It was a perfect beginning, as well as the beginning of a misunderstanding. Shortly after I installed the 3M gasket, it came loose. I was so disappointed that I left a one star review before asking VANMASS anything. Very soon I was contacted by their customer service. After reading the email with the precautions, I realized that I had not paid attention to some details. I emailed them and asked: Why don't you write the information in the user manual, do you really think it takes 24 hours for a 3M tablet to be installed stably? In fact, not only do they include the instructions in the user manual, but they also email all the details after the product is shipped. You can see how embarrassed I am. I thought how difficult it is to install a car phone mount. But I was wrong, little things decide everything. When I first tried to contact VANMASS everything should be fine soon. It's my fault for causing trouble for VANMASS but they said they would send me a replacement for all the inconvenience. Then, literally on day two, I received replacements, not 1 but 4. With VANMASS, I'm wondering why I ignored the instruction manual in the first place. The Era of Online Shopping: 1. People become alienated, misunderstandings deepen2. There are always more pictures, but they are easy to miss3. Mutual tolerance and trust are decreasing on the internet. That's how the misunderstanding came about. You can get a lot of information on the product page, but you really thought you knew the product enough. For example, when we read reviews, there are many bad experiences caused by abuse. Some details that may seem very simple to you: 1. First clean the dashboard/casing. 2. The suction cup is often used. Wash with warm water to restore stickiness. 3. The Otterbox case is thick, attach the metal plate to the case. 4. Place the metal plate on top or bottom when you want to use the wireless charger. 5, 3M pillow is for single use only, you need to think before installation, before installing the pillow mount, it will take 24 hours. No one knows the full story, most of us are "blind" just about to get a piece of an elephant. Sometimes email fixes everything. If we could write a letter and ask, I think most of the problems would have been avoidable. This year I received an email from VANMASS because the supplier changed a batch of materials - 2000 pieces - without their permission. We have decided to send a replacement to every customer who has purchased this batch of product. Although I have used the product without any problems, I still received the product after a few days. 4 I was touched by this company, this is a mistake that I think nobody noticed, but they showed the utmost sincerity. How to solve the misunderstanding. First I try to explain myself. When communication doesn't help, insist on being yourself. Time will help to explain. For example, after getting a 12 phone car mount at my house, I have no doubt that VANMASS is a great brand behind their products. Compare to the post sales letter I received, the long term behavior proves it all. My kid is willing to go out and solve problems with his friend. I turned on my computer and wrote this review. After 2 years the other car mounts I threw in the trash are gone. VANMASS showed us how important it is to be loyal to your customers. So I suggest that if you have any problem, you contact VANMASS first. They won't let you down.
