It sticks. . . like, kinda, something like . . .
Well it sure won't hurt the walls. You could stick it on tissue paper and it wouldn't hurt him by the way, I'm not even remotely exaggerating. In fact, it is duct tape, but with some additions. . . strange filmy material on it to remove about 75% of its stickiness. If you use it A LOT you can post basic stuff like streamers, papers, and posters, but I wouldn't use it for anything that's going to last more than a day or two.
