I really want to finish the stairs

I have not received the complete order. I only received 2 containers of 12, should have been 17. I paid 17 for my 17 steps, not 12. I would appreciate if I could get the rest of my order. So I can get my work done. The product is exactly what I wanted. I got the length wrong, but that's on me. 35 inches work better. But I am satisfied with the product. Just need the rest. Thank you.
