Don't expect too much, it's ok.

waist from 32 to 33.5, the middle elastic was too tight, so I took a big one back and it was still good and tight. then the seams are now a little looser than they should be. I would order again but other than that I deserve a free piece. It's comfortable and cool, minimal compression, not really anything if anything, but a good layer for whatever reason you have other than true medical compression.
