VPR was incredibly easy to work with - they were very patient in getting us up and running! Their customer service is fantastic! We had so many questions throughout our process (which included two changes of plans) that we could never get an answer from them other than "we'll call you later". Our wedding coordinator kept telling me it would be fine but I didn't feel like things were really moving forward until we started using VPR! The biggest benefit we received immediately from working with VPR was their ability to save time and money by not having to do all this ourselves. They took care of everything for us at every step along the way!
