I like that it has built in workflows to keep track of tasks and deadlines as well as client information. It also allows me to send emails directly from within my task list which saves time since i don't have to open an email message each time. Sometimes when we are working with multiple projects at once you can get lost trying to find where you left off so having everything together would be helpful! We use this software along side other programs (such as Microsoft Project) but sometimes there's duplicate items added into our database or files getting emailed too many times over. This program helps us organize all our jobs/tasks by date and keeps them organized via folders and subfolders.
