Tech support was quick to respond to my questions. The product is launched and works perfectly. It easily recognizes different panels. I have a large 250 watt 24 volt panel on the back of my pickup that I use when I hook it up to an RV. When NOT plugged into a pickup I use three portable 100 watt 12 volt pads which it recognizes with no problem. I have 12 volt lithium batteries that I had to do the initial setup for. I had some issues initially because my setup was inline and the device connectors on my stranded wire were tightening. Changed to a solid copper wire and now everything is perfect. I highly recommend the excellent technical support.
