For years I used a simple steel hoop that I had to forcefully bend open and closed. It worked fine- since I rarely had to take it out- until I lost it after a dental xray.This hoop was my chosen replacement. It fits perfectly, audibly snaps shut and has yet to come unhinged after wearing it for 2 months straight, including wearing a cpap mask over my nose each night. Also. I have severely sensitive skin and have experienced no irritation whatsoever.Make sure you have a good idea of just what size you need.
