Installation and setup was very easy and straight forward, I followed the instructions on where to place the sensors and thought everything was fine and I'd get a notification if anything happened . Leave a small leak behind your cabinets and everything will slowly soak into the back where green mold will start to grow. The sensor you receive is fine. Tech support says the sensor needs to get wet internally and bridge internal contacts to work, contacts that are isolated when in the mount (the sensor doesn't make physical contact with the surface) so your cabinets like mine and the sensor being able to be completely wet doesn't make sense because it's attached to it because they don't detect long-term moisture just when the sensor gets wet due to slow internal leakage.
