The lock itself was good, the problem is the letters supplied and how they are held in place when the lock is open. I had to buy several of these in order for a lock to have the correct letters to write a simple word. The product does not contain enough combinations of letters to write the very basic words you might need them for. Also, scrolls of letters fall off very easily when the lock is open, which is annoying when you need to recall a word when everything has fallen on the floor. It would be nice if the product description spelled out exactly how the letter combinations are provided so you know if they work for you when you need to write a specific word as a combination.
