Review on Quiet Scythe Kaze Flex 120mm Fan - High-performance Case/CPU Cooler Fan with PWM and RPM Range of 300-1200 by Brett Morrison

I'm really impressed with how quiet these fans are. I bought two 120mm fans and installed them side by side in a full size ATX case. There was virtually no noticeable additional noise from these fans. There is a rubberized material in the four mounting corners which I think should help reduce vibration. I built my own PC and installed 4 SATA hard drives and added a graphics card with a large heatsink but no fan. In my case, I was able to mount one fan directly above the graphics card and another almost above the CPU fan, so airflow is no longer an issue. For reference only, the fan does not indicate the direction of airflow. Air flows from the sticker side to the open fan blade side.
